The Quanta team is a group of specialists with varied skills and experiences

paternalistic/average performance to entrepreneurial and high performance.
Over the past few years this organisation has experienced unprecedented
success. The share price has risen by over three hundred percent, and
management has succeeded in closing one of the most exciting global financial
deals of the past decade.
In another client, a South African based global conglomerate, recently voted by
Forbes as a highly recommended investment, Quanta has played a major part in
assessing and developing key leaders in the organisation’s leadership academy.
On each academy intake we have been able to assist with the overall increase of
