Energy Categories
Each organisation is viewed as a dynamic system that can gain or lose energy over time. The energy categories have been specifically designed to cover the key system components of inputs, processes and outputs. An organisation needs to score well in all three areas to have high energy.

There are seven Organisational Energy categories. As an example the Leadership category is shown below, where the Energy Factors are ranked from highest to lowest, showing where the relative strengths and weaknesses lie within the category.
