Quanta Energy Workshops
The Energy Workshops introduce leaders to the basic principles of systems management, energy flow in dynamic systems and the role of leadership in managing system energy and performance. In addition leaders receive their Leadership Energy Reports at the first workshop. As a matter of principle no leader will receive our leadership reports other than in a workshop. A proper understanding of all the basic principles behind the reports, combined with a willingness to take honest feedback and take real action, are essential if leaders are to change their fundamental behaviour.

At the first workshop, leaders are encouraged to share their reports openly with their colleagues. Our assessments are not intended to be personality tests in any way whatsoever. Rather they represent the way in which the organisation experiences the behaviour of leaders. Leaders are paid to perform. Part of this includes how a leader behaves, motivates and inspires employees. To us therefore, full and regular 360 degree feedback on leadership performance is neither a luxury nor a matter of confidentiality – it is simply as obvious and important as breathing oxygen, without which an organisation may suffocate.

Subsequent workshops are tailored to client requirements, but generally range from a minimum of two over an assessment period to one a month over a year when we work with an executive team. In all cases however we use the Leadership Energy Reports and Organisational Energy Reports as a basis for analysis and development.
