peers and subordinates, as well as a combined assessment excluding the self.
The top row shows the ‘At Best’ assessments, the middle row the ‘Most of the Time’
assessments and the bottom row the ‘At Worst’ assessments. Quanta’s application of
the fuzzy logic principle to the assessment of individuals provides a unique insight
into the variability of behaviour. Our research indicates that the ‘At Worst’
behaviour can have a major impact on a leader’s ability to motivate and influence others.
